Provided review of contractor’s schedule, submitted in support of sweeping change order request for equitable adjustment. Analysis included delay, loss of productivity, and quantum analysis. The $45 million, new construction project was located in Miami Shores, Florida.

Provided planning, scheduling, budgeting, on-site monitoring, estimating, and field engineering services on this 72-acre, seven-building office campus. At the time, this new construction project contained the world’s largest continuous computer floor, home to Pentagon military computers.

Apex Oil Office Tower

Provided feasibility analysis, design reviews, master planning and budgeting services on this $60 million, 38-story skyscraper. Located in Clayton, Missouri this project used helicopters to set critical structural transfer beams.
BRAC North/South Centers Project

Provided delay, loss of productivity, and quantum analyses on this $80 million, new construction project located in Patuxent, Maryland. The project included a pair of four-story office buildings for the US Navy, as part of the Base Re-Alignment and Closure (BRAC) initiative and located on the Naval Air Warfare Center.

Provided scheduling, budgeting, monthly monitoring, and claims analysis services on this $120 million, three-story, 250,000 square foot office building. The structure was on the grounds of the adjacent Saturn automobile manufacturing plant at Spring Hill, Tennessee.

Provided master planning and budgeting services in conjunction with the design of this 42-story, $144 million new construction project in downtown St. Louis, Missouri.
Tampa General Hospital

Provided planning and scheduling services on this renovation/new construction project. It included a helicopter pad built out into harbor, as well as extremely tight site conditions. Barges were used to stage materials. The new tower encroached on the emergency room entrance. Also included new physical therapy and ten-story Physician buildings.
Teledesic/Iridium Project

Led a 50-member team in development of state-of-the-art Project Control Systems processes and tools on aerospace and telecommunications project. The program included 102 satellites in geosynchronous orbit, six global tracking centers, creation of new mobile phone technology (invention of Bluetooth).
